Day 2

So one of my biggest pitfalls is gonna be not eating. I have a tendency to not eat for too long and then I get super hungry. Then all I want is junk. That's about where I am right now. Hungry with very little food in the fridge. I need Thursday and my new CSA. I wish I hadn't bought a huge box of honey nut cheerios before I started this little experiment. Cause they're sitting in my kitchen. Taunting me.

I need to go forage for food before day 2 is destroyed for forever.

Thank you for all your advice and support. I love it. This still feels right. Despite my present hunger.

Ok. Crisis averted. I made some falafel and all is well. Phew!

Also, did you know that Spoon Me's frozen yogurt has zero table sugar!! I'm so gonna be there. A lot. Like, a lot a lot.

Yeah! Way to avert the munchie crisis. :)

Maybe you should go through your cupboards and fridge and give away/ throw away all the stuff you want to avoid (like the honey nut cheerios).
